According to the complaint, the venture was being developed in 20 acres and nine guntas, where 15 guntas are FTL land. "The realtors encroached the R&B land and constructed a wall, they also extended into buffer zone.
The venture is adjacent to Ellamma Cheruvu. The underground drainage of the venture will pollute the tank. Moreover, the venture is coming between Ellamma Cheruvu and Purugula kunta. The construction will affect the life and livelihood of the locals," the villagers alleged.
