Participating in a round-table here on Sunday, the duo said the Sand March starts at Devi Chowk and reaches Kotilingala Ghat on the day. There, the available sand will be supplied freely to the people.
YSRCP government had miserably failed to supply sand to the people and Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has not made alternative arrangements to combat sand problem until the implementation of new policy.
