Ongole Public School celebrates Teachers Day
Teachers Day was celebrations at the Ongole Public School on a grand scale on the school premises here on Thursday.
Ongole: Teachers Day was celebrations at the Ongole Public School on a grand scale on the school premises here on Thursday. On the occasion, the Class X students expressed their love and gratitude towards the teachers in a traditional way by offering flowers and Tambulam at the special assembly organised for the occasion.
Three teachers Lakshmi, Mani and Subhashini were felicitated by the management in recognition of their outstanding services. Various games and activities were conducted for the teachers.
The students of Class X enacted the roles of teachers to mark the occasion. The school celebrated the pride and joy of its principal Kavitha Latha for being awarded the best progressive principal at the district-level. Later prizes and gifts were presented to the teachers.
