Along with Mrs Sitharaman, Finance Secretary Dr A.B. Pandey, Secretary, DEA, Tarun Bajaj, Chief Economic Advisor K V Subramanian besides other senior officials are also present in the meeting.

Earlier, Finance Minister had held Pre-Budget consultations with captains of financial & capital markets.
Over the years, the Ministry of Finance has been holding pre-budget consultations with Industry and Commerce Associations, Trade Bodies and Experts to seek ideas for the Annual Budget.
