Hyderabad: The furniture market in Hyderabad is likely to breach the 50 per cent growth mark in the next 1-2 years and is likely to continue the momentum, said a senior executive of international furniture brand, Royaloak.

"Both Bangalore and Hyderabad are important markets for us, but Hyderabad is relatively a growing market with lot of potential for us," said S Vijay, Chairman, Royaloak on the sidelines of launching the brand's 5th store in city which is spread over 25,000 sft.

The brand which has 54 exclusive stores pan India at present is planning to increase the count to 100 by the current financial year.

Royaloak which registered a turnover of Rs 250 crore in the last financial year plans to grow by 100 per cent. In the last few years, the brand has grown by more than 50 per cent.

The brand has been increasing its product portfolio in the home furniture segment especially in sofa & recliners, dining and bed sets.

The company which has major presence in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Cochin offers various designs from American, Italian, German, Turkish, Brazilian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Chinese and Indian furniture.
