The crime thriller 'Article 15' movie clocks one year which stars young Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana and Sayani Gupta in lead roles. It also had Nassar, Manoj Pahwa, Isha Talwar, Ayyub in other important roles. This Anubhav Sinha directorial went on to hit the big screens on 28th June, 2019 and minted huge money at ticket windows with its intriguing content.

Article 15 movie showed off the acting prowess of Bollywood lad Ayushmann and made many of the filmy freaks to turn into his fans. On the special occasion of his movie's first anniversary, this 'Gulabo Sitabo' actor took to his Instagram page and shared a video reminiscing the movie… Have a look!

Article 15 movie was completely about the caste discrimination in which Ayushmann essayed the role of a Police Officer. The whole film runs with a story of two girls who were gang-raped and killed by the boys who belong to high caste. Ayushmann is seen fighting for those innocent girls who were brutally raped and killed. Finally, he manages to drop the evidence to Home Minister and wins the case. The Brahmin boys will be imprisoned for 11 years… At the end, people start forgetting their caste feelings and try to live together with all the social awareness created by Ayushmann.

This Bala lead actor's performance was highly complimented and appreciated by the film critics too. Thus he bagged Filmfare Best Actor award in critic's category.

The title of the movie 'Article 15' defines that the 'Indian Constitution' strictly prohibits discrimination of a person on the grounds of religion, race, caste, sex and place of birth. And this movie perfectly depicted the story and showed off the caste feelings which still prevail in many people minds.
