Theatres to re-open from August 1st?
Film theatres in Telugu states are currently in the closed state. Since the time the lockdown came into existence, the theatres turned non-operational.
Film theatres in Telugu states are currently in the closed state. Since the time the lockdown came into existence, the theatres turned non-operational. The theatre managements are experiencing tough times in the Telugu states.
To save them from the crisis, it is important to reopen the theatres. For the first few months, there might be a few rules imposed, like social distancing, sanitizing the premises and occupancy restrictions. We will get more details about the reopening of theatres and the rules very soon.
But, the latest update is that the government of Telangana is looking at reopening theatres from August 1st. Moreover, the government of Andhra Pradesh also might follow the same.
As of now, there is no clarity on the same but a meeting with KCR is scheduled to take place tomorrow and we may get more details in the meeting.
