A case has been booked against four men who allegedly are agents of Heera Gold. Humayun Nagar Police Station booked a case under Section 506 (Criminal Intimidation) against them on Wednesday for threatening the whistleblower, Shahbaz Ahmed Khan, president of Heera Victims Association.

Hyderabad: A case has been booked against four men who allegedly are agents of Heera Gold. Humayun Nagar Police Station booked a case under Section 506 (Criminal Intimidation) against them on Wednesday for threatening the whistleblower, Shahbaz Ahmed Khan, president of Heera Victims Association.

According to police FIR, the president of Heera Victims Association exposed the fraud. Due to which, the henchmen of Heera group are threatening to kill him. Babu Saber Khan, who belongs to Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, has posted several threatening videos against him on YouTube (while wielding a gun).

Shahbaz lodged a complaint at Humayun Nagar Police Station on October 30, 2018, and a case was registered and it is under investigation. Again on March 18, about midnight, the henchman called Shahbaz's through Whatsapp voice call and threatened him with dire consequences and said that he doesn't have any fear of police and that he would eliminate Shahbaz, if he ever interfered in the matters of Heera Group.

The entire call was recorded by Shahbaz. The Heera agents had been campaigning against him and provoking Heera supporters to eliminate him. Therefore, there is an eminent threat to his life and property from the Heera Group and their henchmen.

Hence, he requested to take necessary action against Babu Saber Khan. Basing on the orders of the Court and as per the contents of the complaint, police registered a case under Section 506 of IPC against Saber Babu khan, Azamgarh , Naveed, Mumbai ,Nabi Auti, Mumbai, and Mutiur Rehman, Delhi, and took up the investigation, the FIR said.
