Kishan Reddy assures to strive for development of Osmania University
Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy on Tuesday assured his cooperation for the development of Osmania University, and called for steps to protect its brand image as it has a history of 100 years.

Speaking after inaugurating two modern laboratories built at a cost of Rs 40 lakh at OU Technology College, for which the alumni association has contributed, Reddy stated that he was ready to hold discussions with the Central officials concerned for securing funds for OU. He complimented the Alumni Association for its gesture. He felicitated by the association.
College Principal Shyam Sundar stated that the association was strengthened in the recent past leading to modernisation of two labs. Efforts were on to modernise the faculty rooms.
He said the golden jubilee celebrations of the college would be held for a year from this academic year. He called upon the alumni to contribute to the development of the institution.
Among those present were association president Prof S Venkateswarlu, general secretary M Rajamahender Reddy, treasurer C P Ramulu, OU Registrar Gopal Reddy, college professors Ramesh Kumar, Basava Rao, Hyvadana, Ravindranath, Kavita Wagre, Srinu Naik, Parashuram, Sujata, students and association members.
