Residents fume over breaking water pipes
Frequent breaking of drinking water pipelines opposite the Vampuguda government high school here is causing severe hardship to the local colony residents. Although they are facing acute water shortage, the officials concerned are allegedly not doing anything in resolving the problem.
Kapra: Frequent breaking of drinking water pipelines opposite the Vampuguda government high school here is causing severe hardship to the local colony residents. Although they are facing acute water shortage, the officials concerned are allegedly not doing anything in resolving the problem.
The residents, while speaking to The Hans India here on Tuesday, said that the officials were laying plastic pipelines which were breaking up under the weight of heavy vehicles plying on the road. Once the pipeline brakes, the residents once again faced the water shortage problem following disruption in supply, they added.
The residents appealed to the officials to respond immediately to the issue and take remedial steps to end water crisis in their area.
