Hyderabad: The Director of Public Health (DPH) Dr G Srinivasa Rao tested Covid on Tuesday.

Speaking to the media, Dr Rao said, "Due to mild symptoms, I got myself tested in a laboratory, which confirmed as Covid-19. I am getting hospitalised and isolating myself for necessary symptomatic treatment. There is no cause for worry and anxiety about my health and I shall be back in action shortly."

Dr Rao requested the citizens to take good care against Covid by following all the protocols.
