Facelift to all parks in a phased manner
Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai has said that all the parks in the city will be developed in a phased manner. The Rajamahendravaram corporation is initiating steps to make the city green and clean. The Central government had sanctioned funds for the development of the parks under the Amrut scheme.

Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai informed that the AB Nageswara Rao Park would be developed with Rs 50 lakh and in the second phase Kambala tank with an amount of Rs 1 crore, along with Adarsha Nagar Park with Rs 50 lakh in third phase of development.
“An open auditorium with 100 seating capacity, flower garden, playground for children and walking track would also come up in the park,” she added. “Rs 18 lakh was sanctioned for the construction of park retaining wall,” she added.
