Create awareness on ODF: ANU Registrar
Acharya Nagarjuna University registrar, K John Paul has asked students to create awareness on use of toilets. He addressed a rally conducted by the ANU NSS students in the university campus on Thursday to create awareness on open defecation-free (ODF) environment. Following instructions from the government, the university conducted the awareness rally on ODF.

Following instructions from the government, the university conducted the awareness rally on ODF.
John Paul said that even though the government has extending a helping hand to construct toilets, some of the residents of the villages have not been complying with the request. “Some families have toilets that are seldom used,” he added. He said that aided colleges should also conduct similar rallies to create awareness on ODF.
Earlier, the students conducted rally in the university. ANU community social responsibility project officer M Venkata Ramana was also present at the rally.
