Neelimeghalu weekly celebrates first anniversary
Vijayawada Central Constituency MLA Bonda Uma Maheswara Rao on Thursday promised that he would try to resolve the problems of upcoming magazine organisations which were facing problems, by taking their problems to the notice of Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

He was the chief guest at the first anniversary celebrations of Neelimeghalu weekly magazine here. He said that the government was providing concessions to all big and small magazines. He praised the upcoming and small magazines for their wide coverage of news.
Former MLA Malladi Vishnu praised the efforts of small weeklies and dailies for good coverage of news. IJU vice-president Ambati Anjaneyulu said he does not differentiate small and big news papers and treat all equally. Journalist Turlapati Kutumba Rao said the government should encourage and support small weeklies in all aspects. He congratulated the editor of the magazine Vinnakoti Stinivas Rao. Corporator G Mahesh, Trimurthy Raju, media person Chandu Janardhan, publishers and others were present.
