Imbibe Gandhian ideology, students told
About 150 students from Montessori School of Palacole visited the Gandhian Studies Centre at Sri YN College here. They have a glance of Gandhiji’s life and thought.
Narsapur: About 150 students from Montessori School of Palacole visited the Gandhian Studies Centre at Sri YN College here. They have a glance of Gandhiji’s life and thought.
Dr D Venkateswara Rao, director of Gandhian Studies Centre exhibited 530 photos of Gandhiji though LCD screen. On this occasion, he asked the students to imbibe the Gandhian ideology and principles for the peaceful coexistence. The present youth should know about Gandhiji and carry forward the message and life of Mahatma to the future generations.
Students should learn how to apply and practice the Gandhian principles in the present context which would help in minimising violence and learn how to utilise limited resources for maximum people’s benefit. He distributed the books and leaflets on Gandhian principles. Dr ARS Kumar, principal of the college addressed the students.
