Indigo to connect Vizag to rest of India

Visakhapatnam: The city of destiny will soon connect to rest of India and the world shortly. Indigo airlines will start its first international flight from the city. This will enable investors and tourists to visit the city for business and tourism, said Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu at a public meeting Aaripaka village near the city.

“I spoke to the management of Indigo Airlines in New Delhi recently and they agreed to connect Visakhapatnam to every major city in the country,’’ the chief minister said. With increased connectivity, the investors would have more confidence in setting up their ventures. Tourism would also get a boost, he added.
