YS Jagan firms case adjourned to June 10 A special CBI court on Friday adjourned the cases of alleged quid pro quo investments involving the firms of YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, to June 10.

A special CBI court on Friday adjourned the cases of alleged quid pro quo investments involving the firms of YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, to June 10.


YS Jagan appeared before the court along with former minister Sabitha Indra Reddy and ICC chairman N Srinivasan in connection with different aspects of the cases.


The CBI accused Jagan of amassing huge wealth through illegal means and pertaining alleged investments made by various private firms as part of quid-pro-quo arrangement in exchange for alleged favours by the erstwhile YS Rajasekhar Reddy government when he was the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh between 2004 and 2009.


On March 31, 2012, the first charge sheet was filed against Jagan and in the issue relating to allotment of land of 75 acres each to pharmaceutical companies Aurobindo Pharma and Hetero. 11 different Charge Sheets in the cases have been filed by the investigating agency.
