6-member gang held for murder of 3 rowdy-sheeters
The Urban SP, S Tripathi, produced the six-member gang involved in the murder of three rowdy-sheeters Kamepalle Ramu, Ulavaneeti Ravi and Rajesh which occurred on January 16, before the media on Monday.

The rival rowdy-sheeter gang of six was led by Balakoteshwara Rao. It is said that Nallapati Shivaiah and Guvvada Rajesh of Koteshwara Rao gang had a tussle over an affair with a woman which led to the gang war.
Three members of the Nallapati Shivaiah rowdy-sheeter gang were stabbed to death on Saturday night near Toyota showroom on the Chilakaluripeta highway in the city by rival gang of Koteshwara Rao.
The Koteshwara Rao gang had spotted the Nallapati gang at Housing Board and forcibly took them on bikes to a secluded spot near Toyota showroom and smashed their heads with rocks, killing them on the spot.
Nallapadu police swung into action leading to tracking the accused and their surrender to the police on Sunday. Urban SP Tripathi congratulated the Nallapadu police for nabbing the accused.
