Paritala Trust holds mega polio camp.
Paritala Ravindra Charitable Trust has organised a mega polio camp at Kanaganapalle Zilla Parishad High School on Sunday.
Kanaganapalle (Anantapur): Paritala Ravindra Charitable Trust has organised a mega polio camp at Kanaganapalle Zilla Parishad High School on Sunday.
President of the Trust Paritala Sriram speaking at the inaugural meeting stated that the trust was established to reach out to the poor and needy.
As part of the activities of the trust, a mega polio camp was organised to benefit children with disabilities, polio, paralysis and cerebral palsy.
Bird Hospitals Group director Dr Jagadish conducted the screening tests for 540 people who attended the camp.
Sriram said that of those identified for surgeries and treatment, every Monday 20 persons would be sent for treatment and surgeries, while 10 children would be given calipers every Monday.
Dr Sumith Kumar, Dr Pradeep, Dr Sandeep and Dr Sateesh Kumar participated in the camp.
