However, Andhra Pradesh has found a solution for that by introducing a blockchain technology to prevent cyber crime attacks. The technology, is a first in Asia and has already been introduced in some departments of the state department to protect the database from being hacked.

The consumers and suppliers are allowed to shared a decentralised digital ledger across a network of computers with Blockchain and there is no need for a central authority. The systems are fabricated with sophisticated algorithms to prevent duplication or hacking.

The Fintech Valley organized a workshop on blockchain technology in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday where the police officials were trained on the latest technology to prevent cyber crime. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will be inaugurating blockchain technology institute in Visakhapatnam on December 17.
