As part of citizen-centric governance Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is launching a mega call centre to receive feedback from people directly on govt welfare programmes and to redress their grievances. The call centre was set up at Guntupalli village near the city in a spacious complex with a capacity of 750 employees
