Odisha writer Haridas selected for Chaso award

Vizianagaram: Odisha writer, novelist, journalist G Haridas has been selected for Chaganti Somayajulu Memorial Literary for 2017.

Chaganti Tulasi, daughter of legendary writer Chaganti Somayajulu and writer, said in a release on Sunday that the Chaso Foundation had been giving the award for the past 23 years to writers of Andhra Pradesh but this year the foundation selected the writer who belongs to other state.
