Kurnool: Sadbhavana Diwas celebrated at KVR Degree College for Women here on Monday. Setkur Chief Executive Officer CEO R Rajendran has participated as a chief guest and addressed the students.
He said that the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi is being celebrated as Sadbhavana Diwas. Rajendran has praised Rajiv Gandhi for bringing a revolution in telecommunication sector.
Today, we are reaping the fruits of Rajiv Gandhi’s efforts, he stated. In-charge Principal Dr Indira Santhi said that Sadbhavana Diwas is being celebrated on the birth anniversary of Rajiv Gandhi.
Telugu Lecturer, Dr Sridevi made an appeal to youth to make use of social welfare schemes and reap results. Later, a pledge was administered to students to stand for communal harmony. The staff of KVR Degree College for Women, staff of Youth Welfare department and others participated.
