Guntur: Anganwadi workers and helpers’ district second maha sabha will be held on October 14 in Guntur city.
AITUC district secretary Veluguri Radha Krishna, AP Anganwadi Helpers and Workers Association general secretary J Lalitha released posters relating to the meeting at a meeting held in Guntur city on Thursday.
Speaking on this occasion, Veluguri Radha Krihna demanded that the government implement Supreme Court orders and give Rs 18,000 per month salary and take steps to extend ESI, PF, insurance facility immediately.
He said that they would chalk out their future course of action on October 14 at the district maha sabha.
