The East Godavari Police Officers Association felicitated Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister N Chinarajappa for taking special imitative in solving the long pending promotions issue of the lower cadre staff in police department in the State
Kakinada: The East Godavari Police Officers Association felicitated Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister N Chinarajappa for taking special imitative in solving the long pending promotions issue of the lower cadre staff in police department in the State.
At a programme organised at the district office police office on Tuesday, speakers of the association thanked the Deputy CM and DGP R P Thakur for solving the long pending issue.
Following the initiative taken by the DGP and the Home Minister, the senior constables get promotion as head constables (HCs) and the HCs as ASIs in all the13 districts in AP.
The Deputy Chief Minister cut a cake on the occasion and thanked the police staff for felicitating him. East Godavari SP Vishal Gunni and office bearers of the police officers associations from all the 13 districts were present at the felicitation programme.
