Foreigners visit Padagaya Kshetram

Pithapuram: As many as 20 foreigners from Russia, Ukraine and Belgium visited Padagaya Kshetram in the town on Sunday.

They performed pujas to the presiding deities at Kukkuteswara Swamy temple, Puruhutika Devi Templa Matha and Sri Rajarajeswari Devi temple.

They recited the ‘Datta Charitra’ and meditated at Swayambhu Dattatreya temple.

The priests of the temple explained to them about the history of the Padagaya Kshetram.

They also visited idols surrounding the kshetram. Later, the priests handed over them prasadam.
