Tirupati: On the lines of Dial Your EO, Tirupati JEO B Lakshmikantham will be starting ‘Dial Your JEO’ programme on third Friday of every month, to get feedback from the devotees on TTD employees services and their behaviour towards devotees and addressing the grievances.

Main aim of the ‘Dial Your JEO’ programme is to directly know the devotees’ satisfaction or dissatisfaction over the TTD providing amenities at local temples in and around Tirupati as well as outside the temple city.

According to information, more than 30 major temples are being maintained by the TTD across the country.

Apart from Tirumala temple, all the local temples administration is looked after by the Tirupati JEO. Day-by-day Tiruchanur Goddess Padmavati Ammavaru temple and Srinivasa Mangapuram temple also thousands of devotees are thronging all the days to offer prayers.

Recently, TTD has taken many measures to extend the facilities like Tirumala model, setting up tonsuring, free meal, accommodation and other comforts to devotees who are coming all the way to Tirupati.

Already, the TTD implementing many initiatives like online ticket booking, prasadam sales counters, Arjitha seva tickets issuing at local temples. Similarly, Govindraja Swamy and Sri Ramula Varu, Kapilateertham temples also improved as devotees visiting from all over the country.

Mainly JEO is planning to know the feedback from devotees on TTD services for further improvement. The JEO instructed the TTD IT department wing to make ‘Dial Your JEO’ programme arrangements. Meanwhile, TTD IT officials are trying to set up unique phone number for ‘Dial Your JEO’.

It may be noted that regarding TTD service in Tirumala TTD EO has been getting feedback on the first Friday of every month. Speaking to The Hans India, TTD JEO B Lakshmikantham said that they are introducing ‘Dial Your JEO' as part of bringing new reforms in administration.
