The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India’s (Credai) Hyderabad Property Show concluded on Sunday with over 50,000 visitors exploring the best properties on offer from the participating Credai members.

Hyderabad: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India’s (Credai) Hyderabad Property Show concluded on Sunday with over 50,000 visitors exploring the best properties on offer from the participating Credai members.

The 3-day property show also had various sessions involving the bureaucrats, industrialists and domain specialists deliberating about the business outlook in Hyderabad, the development, safety and security measures taken by the city police, infrastructure challenges and possible solutions to be presented to the state government for a sustainable development at Hyderabad.

Mahender Reddy, DGP, Telangana State, participated in valedictory ceremony. S Ram Reddy, President Credai-Hyderabad, P Ramakrishna Rao, General Secretary Credai-Hyderabad, Vice-Presidents Sri Aditya Gowra, G Anand Reddy, Dr MS Anand Rao, D Muralikrishna Reddy, Treasurer K Rajeshwar, and the Joint Secretaries V Rajashekar Reddy and CG Murali Mohan were also present on the occasion.

S Ram Reddy said: “This has been the best CREDAI property show. We’re extremely happy with the response to this property show and the kind of inquiries received. Hyderabad has seen rapid urbanization with Hyderabad Metropolitan Region offering the best quality of living among cities in India and is a leader in Human Development Index.

The city, backed by stable political environment, conducive and facilitative business environment, growing occupier demand, improving infrastructure, relatively low rentals and the availability of large skill pool, is on a cusp of rapid growth. For the benefit of the end users the property prices are the lowest when compared to cities with comparable development and infrastructure.”

Adding to this, P Ramakrishna Rao, General Secretary CREDAI, Hyderabad said, “We’re hopeful that the city is likely to witness a significant demand for housing in the coming few years. We urge the home buyers to purchase their dream property immediately as with the property prices in the city are likely of increase shortly.”

The Credai Property Show-2018 turned out to be much larger and grander this time and aptly reflecting the rising stature and brand of Hyderabad. The property show displayed over 15,000 projects.
