Of the many banners of Tollywood film industry, a few are remembered. Undoubtedly, Anjana productions is one of the top banners in the list. The movie, Orange has been the last movie produced under this banner by Nagababu, younger brother of Megastar Chiranjeevi. Now, the banner’s focus is mainly on Television serials. After an unexpected blow given by the failure of Orange, Nagababu has come out with his statement that he will not undertake film production, thereafter. This has been a very big banner as far as Megastar movies are concerned and the fans have been missing good movies under this banner.
From the other side, Geetha Arts, owned by Chirnajeevi’s brother-in-law, Allu Arvind has also stopped producing the movies for quite sometime, for unknown reasons. Badrinath was the last movie produced under this banner.
Of late, it is learnt that Geetha Arts is planning for the production of a movie with Pawan Kalyan, but not getting his dates due to his busy schedule. It is worth mentioning here that Pawan kalyan has been busy with Gabbar Singh-2. Hopefully, after this major project, Pawan may consider the Geetha Arts movie. So, more than 1 year waiting period is still on for Geetha arts banner.
Pawan kalyan’s debut movie came under the banner of Geetha arts. Surprisingly, Pawan’s utter flop movie of his entire career, Johny also came under the same banner. So, what is on cards in their next combination is to be seen.
