Uday Kiran's death: RP Patnaik steals the show

Well, we are not talking about a big event here. The Telugu film industry has plunged into a state of mourning after losing its lover boy. If you ask who got maximum mileage following Uday Kiran's death, one would say Chiranjeevi or TV Channels. Some might even name actor Srikanth who was there by the side of Uday's body since he passed away.

However, the actual person who got good publicity (if we can call it that) is none other than RP Patnaik whose voice was synonymous with actor Uday Kiran.

Most songs in Uday's movies were sung by RP Patnaik. Most importantly, the title track of Uday's popular movie Manasantha Nuvve.

The local TV channels that telecast Uday's funeral live kept playing the title track sung by RP Patnaik making people sit up and take notice. Now, one suddenly wonders where is RP Patnaik..huh?
