TV actor Kalyan Chakravarthy ends life

Bhimavaram (West Godavari): Film and TV actor Kothapalli Kalyan Chakravarthy committed suicide by hanging at his residence in the early hours of Tuesday. The motive was reported to be financial problems, according to local residents. He had come here four days back.

A bachelor, Chakravarthy had lost his mother, a retired tahsildar, two years back. His house was said to have been sold recently. His two sisters are settled abroad. His father works in the film industry. He had acted in films ‘Gundello Godari’, ‘Oka Vichatram’, ‘Laya’, ‘Lakshmi kalyanam’, ‘Koncham Ishtam, Koncham Kashtam’ and several TV serials.
