About the film: An erotic thriller and a sequel to RGV's earlier movie Ice Cream
Plot: Set in a forest, Ice Cream 2 narrates the story of a bunch of youngsters who find themselves in dire circumstanvces with a murderer on the loose. The film's sound effects are tippe to be the first of its kind and RGV continues to experiment with visuals and sound yet again.
RGV is all praises for technician Seshu who has worked on the sound effects. "The sound effects in the film are cutting-edge and full credit to Seshu for coming up with a brilliant idea. All the sound effects in the film are situational and these sound effects have been used in such a way that you'll have a feeling of listening to background score. I don't know if anything like this has ever been done in Indian cinema," he said in a newspaper interview.

Review:
- Sound effects are a big plus
- Chakravarthy has done a wonderful job
- Verdict: Run of the mill story, nothing extraordinary to write home about
- Reminds you of the movie Adavi
- Dacoit plot is far from satisfactory
- A few scenes are obscene where Naveena makes a desperate attempt to attract attention
Verdict:
Run of the mill story, nothing extraordinary to write home about. Watch it if you are an RGV fan
Rating:
2.5/5
