Hyderabad: Officials of the Special Operation Team (SOT) on Thursday seized over 400 litres of kerosene stored in a 'kirana' store at Shanthi Nagar in Uppal area on Thursday. Officials, on receiving a tip-off conducted a raid and found over 400 litres of kerosene stored in barrels at the said provision store.
Police said the accused smuggled the kerosene from the Public Distribution System (PDS) so that he could sell it at a higher price illegally.
