Inter student commits suicide

Bhupalpally: An intermediate first year student allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison at Gamponigudem of Mangapet mandal in the district on Thursday.

According to the police, the deceased, identified as M Rajeshwari (16), consumed poison at her residence. She was studying at Government Junior College at Mangapet and the reasons for her extreme step were not yet known.

On learning about the incident, the Mangapet police visited spot, registered a case and launched probe.
