The much awaited, thrice-postponed TET was scheduled to be held in the last week of February itself but was deferred indefinitely. But some of the students have staged a dharna outside Secretariat and demanded that the TET shall be held immediately as it was notified long back.
Election Commission has also seen there is no reason why it should not be held and gave green signal to Department of Secondary Education to conduct it at the earliest.
