Swachh Bharat Plegethon for Clean India mission

School of Mathematics, inspired by our Prime Minister Modi's call for Clean India by 2019, campaigning for "Swachh Bharat" using Mathematical tool Fractal. As part of this campaign, School of Mathematics is intended to form Largest Swachh Bharat Pledgethon with the participation of over 1.7 cr children across India.

Swachh Bharat Pledgethon conducted in TRR HIGH SCHOOL on 19th February, 2015. 249 Number of Children and Teachers of School have participated enthusiastically to pledge their commitment for Swachh Bharat; Children endorsed their commitment by giving colorful hand impressions 'Swachh Bharat Pledgethon' Fractal Pledges.

Swachh Bharat Pledgethon was launched on 25th Jan, 2015. More Schools are actively taking participation in Swachh Bharat Pledgethon because it gives great opportunity to inspire and motivate children for cleanliness around us. Simultaneously this also creates interest in young minds about Mathematics and Fractals.

Mathematics is not just calculations and equations; Math’s is more about problem solving skills and its crucial tool in skill and attitude development at cognitive level. Fractal Model of Swachh Bharat Pledgethon unveils the largest Fractal, once completed and it is going to be a World Record; not only that, it’s first of its kind to be initiated in India and Largest Mathematical Model ever made by Human in World
