Toast to the tastebuds

Last things first! while we are still on the topic of the barman – the liqueur, Chocolate Monk –with some Bailey’s Irish cream, chocolate ice cream and hazelnut syrup - the concoction tastes as divine as it sounds. In addition, the iced teas and margaritas that the barman promises to be different and best in the city and the enticingly presented mocktails are a major plus to the menu. Try the Blue Ice Sea, (litchi-cranberry-lime juice, topped with blue curacao syrup and Sprite), and thou shall know.

The food is multi cuisine carefully chosen to represent regions that do not believe in being conservative with spice levels – There is Enchiladas and delicious vegetable baskets for Mexican, there is Mongolian rice spiked with peppers, there is lamb steak and fish steak, there is Thai Green curry, chicken Teppanyakiand yakitori and if it is Chinese it is schezwan or Hunan and of course there are kebabs from all over the world including the spice centre of the world – India. For lesser mortals the chef is more than happy to tone down the spice levels or one can choose from the cheese laden pastas and other continental dishes from the menu. Apollo fish for one takes away the credit for being just right or just a little more than usual spicy, but who is complaining. It is fabulous nevertheless. ‘Terrace’ menu revealed the secret behind the success of the group with the foodies. They know their guests and they do a good job at satisfying their taste. It is no wonder that the outlet is already the toast of the hi-tech land.
