Minister Jogu Ramanna lauds KCR for welfare schemes
Forest and Environment Minister Jogu Ramanna said the district will be developed in all sectors. Participating in the State Formation Day celebrations held here on Friday, he lauded Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for implementing unique social welfare schemes.

“Chenaka-Korata project works are going at a fast pace with the allocated funds worth Rs 12,000 crore. The government has taken up Mission Bhagiratha and Mission Kakatiya works to provide drinking water for all and irrigation water for farmers respectively,” he added.
Ramanna also mentioned the benefits of other welfare schemes including sheep distribution, Kalyana Lakshmi and Shadi Mubarak. Later, he distributed meritorious certificates to those excelled in various fields.
