The all-American diner Genuine Broaster Chicken, Jubilee Hills, has added new varieties, to their already exciting menu. Patrons can now feast upon five new types of chicken wings and beat the heat with their summer coolers and freakshakes.

Mumbai-based Chef Tanay Goregaonkar, who is on a three-day visit to the city, has designed the new menu. “We do a market research and we also do a lot of experiments on our combinations and then come up with a certain dish, which we incorporate in the menu. Pan-India the menu is same; a few items here and there are different. But we try to maintain consistency throughout our outlets,” Chef Tanay said.

The menu has a personalised Indian touch and has some interesting dishes on the menu. Start your “genuine” experience with a platter of chicken wings, which consists of three types of wings, which are accompanied by curry mango dip, cheesy jalapeno, and Thai sweet chilli dip.

Follow it up with Rogan Josh Lamb Burger, which is pink in colour and looks tastefully yummy. Dig into it and the meat just simply melts in your mouth. If you are a vegetarian then there is no reason to shy away from Genuine Broaster Chicken as the place hosts many vegetarian varieties.

Try Palak Paneer burger, which is traditional palak paneer formed as a burger patty with creamy spinach sauce. The other must tries at the dining joint are Sansakri Aloo, Peter Punjab, The Great Khali, Ghotala Kichdi, among others.

The ‘Freakshakes’ are not be missed out. Try Chocolate Wreck, which is laced with Oreo, Kitkat and wafer and is blended with chocolate. One sip of this tasty concoction will surely take your palate on a tasty cruise.

The other must have Freakshakes at the Genuine Broaster Chicken are ‘A Rose Trip’, which has varieties of rose extracts and is a perfect “gulabi’ delicacy; ‘Jim Jam Strawberry’, is a blend of Strawberry Jim Jam, cream and jam, which makes it a tasty treasure; ‘Sneaky Caramel’, the crazy combo is made with Snickers, gems, caramel, cookies; and last but not the least the ‘Aam Aadmi’s Party, which is a blend of mango ice cream with chocolate and cream. Also, try their lip-smacking summer coolers – ‘Coco Mango Mojito’; ‘Kokum Twister’; ‘Bloody, Virgin Mary’ among others.
