TSRTC conducts multiple training programmes
With a view to developing Leadership qualities and awareness among the employees of the Corporation, TSRTC has been conducting various training programmes to different categories of employees at Transport Academy and Zonal Staff Training College, Hakimpet.
Hakimpet: With a view to developing Leadership qualities and awareness among the employees of the Corporation, TSRTC has been conducting various training programmes to different categories of employees at Transport Academy and Zonal Staff Training College, Hakimpet. As a part of this programme, on Friday, various training programmes were organised both at TA and ZSTC viz., training to security personnel, lady conductors, drivers, ADC/controllers, traffic supervisors etc.
For these programmes, 28 RTC Constables/Head Constables, 23 Lady Conductors and 18 Drivers 50 ADCs/Controllers at Zonal staff Training College and 17 Traffic Supervisors of TSRTC at Transport Academy attended. During these 2/3 days training programmes, they will be exposed to various topics ranging from Human Relations to RTC related topics by HR faculties and TSRTC Officers on subject matters so that they will be rejuvenated to involve themselves effectively in day to day official routine.
On the concluding day, Dr T.Venkatrao, Joint Director (Vigilance 86 Security) addressed security personnel. During his interaction with the trainees, he narrated the financial situation of the Corporation and the role to be played by them in protecting the assets of the Corporation. He also appealed them to keep whistle round the clock so that any untoward incident should be not taken place.
He also advised them to maintain liaison with the police department for better co-operation in maintaining law and order during Bundhs, Rastha Rokos, strikes etc., so as to protect the assets of TSRTC. Lady conductors attended Karate classes, expressed their happiness over the karate skills like physical fitness, elbow punch and middle punch imparted by Praveen Kumar. Which type of self-defence classes which are very useful to them while performing their daily conductor duties dealing with different sections of people.
The Principal/Transport Academy 85 ZSTC has interacted with all the trainees and advised them to make use of these training classes in an effective manner so that the same can be utilized for the welfare of the Corporation. Also, the Principal appreciated the staff for conducting all these classes successfully and effectively.
