Complaining police harassment in a land dispute, a woman from Rezimental Bazar of Secunderabad approached the State Human Rights Commission(SHRC) on Wednesday. The victim Navaneetha Yadav said that the organisers of a dargah located beside her house and GHMC officials demolished some part of it.

The victim Navaneetha Yadav said that the organisers of a dargah located beside her house and GHMC officials demolished some part of it.
Though a complaint was filed at Gopalapuram police, they compromised with dargah people and locked the house, she alleged. Navaneetha Yadav complained that instead of delivering justice to her, DCP Sumathi and Gopalapuram ACP Srinivas threatened her with dire consequences. She requested the SHRC to take action against the officials.
