Residents fume over poor quality of school construction

Amberpet: A poor quality of construction materials are being used for the construction of Government Primary School in Amberpet. The locals and activists were infuriated since they started building the roof for the school. According to sources, Rs 1.4 crore was allotted for the construction of school building.

Social worker Shaik Salauddin said, “Instructions were given to the engineer to use durable material for construction, despite which poor quality materials are being used. It can pose risk to thousands of students as the construction is being done without any quality. We have asked the government officials to take necessary action.”
