Tandur: Municipal Chairperson Sunita Sampath on Monday inspected water stagnated in ditches on the roads at various places in the town and asked the R and B officials to take urgent steps to cover the ditches.

She inspected the water-logged roads at police station, Lorry Parking and electric sub-station in the town on account of they causing a lot of inconvenience to commuters. She asked the R and B officials to immediately swing into action and repair the damaged roads. Councillors Narsimulu, Srinivas and others accompanied her.
