Former test cricketer Arshad Ayub’s nephew, Ahmed Ashfaq, topped the merit list of MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) entrance test of Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh.
Ahmed Ashfaq, who secured 73.17 per cent in BDS is a gold medallist from MNR Dental College and is the BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) topper in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with 91 per cent marks. He is also the only Muslim candidate to make it to the list.
