On Thursday, the SP along with Joint Collector Narayana Reddy and Legal Services Judge Prabhakar Rao attended as chief guest to the monthly crime review meeting held at DPO Meeting Hall.

Nalgonda: Superintendent of Police Srinivas Rao advised the police officials to be friendly with the people and maintain law and order perfectly. On Thursday, the SP along with Joint Collector Narayana Reddy and Legal Services Judge Prabhakar Rao attended as chief guest to the monthly crime review meeting held at DPO Meeting Hall.

As part of the meeting, the SP interacted with Joint Collector on how to contain the illegal sand transportation in the district. So also with Judge Prabhakar Rao on various possibilities to clear pending cases.

After taking the feedback from respective police officials about the status of previous crimes and measures to be taken to control law and order, he advised the department officials to conduct village-level meetings to create awareness among the people on importance of establishing CCTV cameras in villages and at residences.

He also advised them to sensitise people on road safety. He directed them to control the illegal storage of PDS rice and suggested them to plant saplings in PS jurisdictions and conduct Swacch Bharath program on every Friday at respective police stations. Nalgonda, Miryalaguda and Devarakonda police officials attended the meeting.
