T G Venkatesh inaugurates Rs. 22 cr CC road

Kurnool: Minister T G Venkatesh on Saturday inaugurated the 8-kilometre cement concrete stretch constructed at a cost of Rs. 22 crore on the banks of K C canal for the convenient of the citizens to relax and for using as a walking track. The minister said that the project cement concrete stretch was started four years ago with an estimated Rs. 30 crore. Now the rest of the Rs. 8 crore would be spent on erecting fence around the canal, arranging street lights and benches for the people. Later, the Minister flagged off a sports rally. Former captain of Indian Hockey team, Mukesh led the sports rally.
