New Delhi: Minister of State (MoS) of Environment, Forest and Climate Change minister Prakash Javadekar on Tuesday slammed the Trinamool Congress (TMC) saying that the ruling party of West Bengal is politically shaken and accusing the Government of misusing CBI.

"TMC is politically shaken which is why they are leveling absurd charges," Javadekar said when asked about the Opposition including TMC charging the Govt and questioning the role of CBI in Sohrabuddin fake encounter case. On this, he further added that the "CBI court is a part of the judiciary process."

Lashing out at the Trinamool Congress ( TMC), Javadekar said that the party is deep into real scam and the beneficiaries are present in the ruling party.

Prakash Javadekar said, "They are deep into a real scam which is the mother of all scams. The loot of West Bengal people done through Saradha scam and its beneficiaries are there in the ruling party where some are behind the bars and some are waiting to go in the jail."

In a major relief to BJP president Amit Shah, a special CBI court in Mumbai earlier in the day acquitted him in the 2005 Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case.

The CBI had charged Shah, the then Minister of State for Home in Gujarat, as an accused in the killing of gangster Sohrabuddin Sheikh and Tulsiram Prajapati.
