President Ram Nath Kovind joins Twitter, gains 3.27 million followers

Ram Nath Kovind took his oath as the 14th President of India in the Central Hall of Parliament in New Delhi on Tuesday.

On the very first day of his President, Ram Nath Kovind garnered over 3.27 million followers on Twitter.

In a series of tweets, the President said that he 'bowed' to 125 crore Indians and praised the country's armed forces, the police and the paramilitary. He addressed several concerns prevailing in the country and urged the people to work for a better India.
