vikaraVikarabad: Minister for Textiles and Handlooms G Prasad Kumar said the State government launched 'Revenue Sadassus' to resolve land disputes in villages. He inaugurated the Revenue Sadassu at Inapur village in Vikarabad mandal on Tuesday. Speaking to media persons, the Minister said problems pertaining to patta passbooks, return on revenue and assigned lands would be resolved on the spot in Revenue Sadassus or revenue officials may take a month time to resolve complicated issues. He suggested to the villagers to get benefit with the Revenue Sadassu. He said 12,000 acres of land was distributed to landless in Rangareddy district in six phases of land distribution programme. The Minister said officials were identifying eligible persons to distribute land in the upcoming seventh phase. Later, he inspected a tank in the village. He suggested to Joint Collector Mutyal Raju to renovate the tank and to resolve land disputes around it. He assured that he would ask government to set up Aadhaar enrolling centers in every village. Vikarabad Sub-Collector Amrapali, Tahsildar Bal Reddy and DCCB chairman Kishan Naik were present.
