Rajya Sabha nominees file papers
All the candidates from Telugu States filed their nominations to the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday in Hyderabad. Telugu Desam Party (TDP) candidates, TG Venkatesh, Union minister Sujana Chowdary and Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu filed nominations for Rajya Sabha seats, at the Assembly premises.
All the candidates from the Telugu States filed their nominations to the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday in Hyderabad. Telugu Desam Party (TDP) candidates, TG Venkatesh, Union minister Sujana Chowdary and Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu filed nominations for Rajya Sabha seats, at the Assembly premises.
Telangana state nominations followed by with D Srinivas, who was accompanied by several Telangana ministers and Kotham Laxmikanta Rao. The YCP nominee, Vijay Sai Reddy, would be filing his nomination papers in the afternoon.
Speaking after filing his nomination, Union Minister Suresh Prabhu stated that he is happy to file his nomination from a dynamic state like AP and thanked the people of the state for the opportunity. The Minister added that he would support AP in regard to development.
